Car body & Aero
The aero department handles the following areas:
  • Designing and manufacturing body of the car;
  • Passenger ergonomics design;
  • Aerodynamics, strength of materials and weight optimization calculations;
  • Designing and manufacturing of composites;
  • Rapid prototyping.

  • CAD designing, technical drawing (CATIA V6, SW);
  • CFD and FEA calculations (Altair Hyperworks, Ansys);
  • Lamination mould desinging and manufacturing;
  • Selection of materials, glues, fibers and resins;
  • CNC machining, lamination, general workshop skills.

Suspension
The aerodynamics department handles the following areas:
  • Desingning and manufacturing suspension of the car;
  • Vehicle dynamics and kinematics design;
  • Vehicle structure design;
  • Calculation of the strength of the car;
  • General workshop operations.

  • FEA calculations in SW SIULATION & PrePoMax;
  • Kinematics and dynamics simulations in ADAMS environment;
  • CNC machining, lamination, welding, gneral workshop skills.

The electrician department handles the following areas:
  • Design and selection of the drive engine unit;
  • Telemetry design;
  • Battery design;
  • Electricity consumption management;
  • Connecting wires and electrical components.

  • Kinematics and dynamics simulations in ADAMS environment;
